Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, friendly attitude
- Prepare and serve yogurt and healthy desserts according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory and assist with stock replenishment
- Upsell products and promotional items to increase sales
- Follow food safety and handling procedures at all times
- Assist with promotional activities and special events as needed
Kualifikasi
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in food service or retail is advantageous
- Good personal grooming and professional appearance
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
