Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist patrons with menu selection.
- Handle food preparation and assembly according to standardized Thai street food recipes.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation at all times.
- Ensure inventory levels are monitored and assist with stock replenishment.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards set by the company and local authorities.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail is highly preferred but not essential.
- Possess a friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly motivated to learn new skills.
- Willingness to work within the IOI City Mall environment.
- Minimum age requirement as per Malaysian labor regulations.
