Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with food orders and inquiries.
- Prepare and assemble Japanese food items at the mobile kiosk according to hygiene standards.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash or electronic transactions accurately.
- Maintain kiosk cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in F&B or retail environments is a plus, but not required (training provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- A positive, cheerful, and team-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Japanese food culture or language is a bonus.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
