- Greet and seat guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Present menus and provide detailed, knowledgeable recommendations on dishes and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks with precision, adhering to presentation and timing standards.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards in the dining area, service stations, and restrooms.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with poise and professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow during busy periods.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance the guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in fine dining or Japanese cuisine is highly preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
