Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through prompt seating, order-taking, and beverage/food delivery
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in dining areas and service stations
- Accurately process orders using POS systems while accommodating special dietary requests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation
- Resolve customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues to management as needed
- Contribute to daily operational tasks including table setup, restocking supplies, and closing procedures
- Actively promote menu items, specials, and seasonal offerings to enhance customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality environments preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to work efficiently under pressure
