- Provide exceptional customer service through attentive seating, order taking, and personalized recommendations
- Prepare and present authentic Japanese dishes including sushi, sashimi, and grilled items according to recipes
- Maintain immaculate dining areas, service stations, and kitchen hygiene standards
- Process payments accurately and manage POS systems efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining positive brand representation
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment procedures

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
