Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and present high-quality sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Provide excellent customer service at the sushi counter, including taking orders and answering questions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the service area and kitchen
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to ensure fresh ingredients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies at all times
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
