We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join us as Service Crew members. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, greeting customers, serving our famous pastries and signature coffee, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming operation in the store. We pride ourselves on our heritage, quality products, and warm hospitality, and we are looking for team members who share our passion for excellence.
Please note that our team must adhere to a strict dress code: plain black t-shirt without design, dark long pants or jeans, and covered shoes. You must bring your physical NRIC for the registration process. We offer a vibrant work culture, flexible shifts, and the opportunity to work with a passionate team.
Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide a high standard of customer service.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Prepare and serve bakery products, including beverages and pastries, to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the POS system with precision.
- Assist in restocking inventory and performing daily cleaning duties.
- Adhere strictly to the company dress code (Plain Black T-shirt, Dark Pants, Covered Shoes).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Punctual and reliable with a positive attitude.
- Must present a valid physical NRIC for registration purposes.
