Your Role: Greet and serve customers, take orders accurately using our POS system, maintain a sparkling clean front-of-house, assist with pastry display, and ensure every guest feels the warmth of Tiong Bahru Bakery's famous hospitality. You will also be responsible for upholding our hygiene standards and assisting with basic setup and teardown.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet, serve, and attend to every guest with warmth and professionalism.
- Accurately manage cash and card transactions using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
- Replenish bakery displays and ensure stock freshness.
- Support kitchen team by plating and finishing desserts and pastries.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and cleaning.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to increase average ticket size.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Prior F&B or retail experience is advantageous but not essential (full training provided).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rush periods effectively.
- Possess a Food Hygiene Certificate or equivalent (or willingness to obtain).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Right to work in Singapore.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 10kg.
