Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and serve customers with professionalism and enthusiasm while maintaining brand standards
- Prepare and present baked goods, beverages, and light meals according to recipes and quality guidelines
- Operate POS systems accurately, process payments, and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, display counters, and equipment following hygiene protocols
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and rotating products to ensure freshness
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to resolve customer inquiries and service issues
- Adhere to food safety regulations and workplace safety standards at all times
Kualifikasi
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices and allergen awareness
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads (up to 15kg)
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts as needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn bakery operations and product knowledge
