- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized dining area and kitchen workspace at all times.
- Assist the kitchen team with food preparation, plating, and cooking tasks as directed.
- Ensure timely service to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments securely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or kitchen operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
