Oriental Coffee International is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Crew (KLIA 1) to join our dynamic team at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the counter.
- Prepare and serve beverages, pastries, and light meals according to Oriental Coffee International standards.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process payments and manage orders efficiently.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the service area, kitchen, and dining zones.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all company policies, food safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification.
- Previous experience in the F&B or hospitality sector is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Outgoing personality, friendly demeanor, and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
