Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare high-quality sushi products according to company standards and food safety guidelines.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service at the sushi kiosk counter.
- Handle POS transactions accurately and assist customers with menu inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the kiosk, dining area, and kitchen equipment.
- Manage inventory, assist in stock replenishment, and ensure product display is visually appealing.
- Adhere to all operational, safety, and health protocols as established by Empire Sushi.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations during peak travel hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; prior experience in F&B or retail is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess a positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and a guest-centric mindset.
- Able to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be comfortable working in a high-traffic airport environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation.
- Demonstrate a high standard of personal grooming and hygiene.
