- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Present menu options and make recommendations based on customer preferences
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, tables, and service stations
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
