Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service area, dining tables, and workstations.
- Prepare and display sushi products according to company quality standards and visual presentation guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues with patience and professionalism.
- Process payments using the POS system and maintain accurate daily cash records.
- Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Prior experience in F&B or retail environments is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills with a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be energetic, hardworking, and a reliable team player.
- Well-groomed and maintain high standards of personal hygiene.
- Possess a valid food handler’s certificate or willingness to obtain one.
