- Provide friendly, efficient customer service across all touchpoints including counter, drive-thru, and dining areas
- Prepare and serve menu items according to McDonald's quality standards and food safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Operate POS systems accurately to process orders and payments
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to company policies regarding cash handling and inventory management
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
