- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and processing payments efficiently
- Prepare and serve food items according to McDonald's quality standards and food safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining areas, kitchen, and service counters
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions with precision
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding food safety, hygiene, and customer service
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to ensure product availability
- Continuously improve product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
