- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and cheerful attitude at all times.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Prepare and assemble food and beverages according to McDonald's stringent quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining area, kitchen, and service counters.
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly and accurately.
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-energy team to meet customer demands during peak hours.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with restocking supplies and supporting inventory management tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum age of 16 years (as per Singapore employment guidelines).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for serving others.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High energy level and a strong, positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage, however comprehensive training is provided for all successful candidates.
- Must be physically fit to stand for extended periods and handle light to moderate lifting (up to 10kg).
