Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt order taking, accurate food/beverage preparation, and personalized interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas, dining spaces, and equipment
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary
- Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to ensure seamless service operations
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Adhere to food safety protocols and company policies consistently
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
- Participate in team training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent education
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments during peak hours
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in team-oriented settings
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting (up to 20kg)
