- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the establishment
- Assist with food preparation and ensure presentation meets quality standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent educational background
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods
