- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
- Prepare and serve food, beverages, or merchandise according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the store, workstations, and dining areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and manage cash transactions accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves or supplies as needed.
- Follow all health, safety, and operational protocols strictly.
Kualifikasi
- Completed Senior High School or equivalent vocational training.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexible and willing to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
