Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to quality standards
- Process payments efficiently and maintain accurate cash handling
- Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent educational attainment
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Good communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
