- Prepare and present high-quality sushi according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Provide efficient counter service, processing orders and handling payments accurately
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols and cleanliness regulations
- Assist in maintaining organized stock levels and inventory management
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and friendly demeanor
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent educational background
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
