Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm hospitality
- Accurately process food and beverage orders via POS systems
- Ensure timely delivery of dishes and maintain table cleanliness
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues professionally
- Adhere to food safety protocols and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to synchronize service flow
- Assist in opening/closing duties including station setup
- Upsell menu items and promotional offers when appropriate
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years in F&B service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Positive attitude with customer-first mindset
- Physical stamina for extended standing periods
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
