Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately process customer orders via POS system while maintaining efficiency
- Expertly scoop and present gelato varieties with proper portion control
- Prepare specialty beverages following established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and utensils
- Monitor and replenish gelato displays, toppings, and packaging supplies
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and hygiene regulations
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent educational background
- 1+ years in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
