Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Accurately take and relay food/beverage orders to kitchen staff
- Deliver orders promptly while maintaining food presentation standards
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and restocking service supplies
- Resolve customer inquiries and address concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen and support teams to ensure seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical proficiency for cashier duties
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
