Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive guest interactions
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and meet hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficient order fulfillment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

Kualifikasi
