Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through warm greetings, accurate order taking, and timely food/beverage delivery
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of dining areas, service counters, and equipment
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems while handling cash transactions
- Prepare and present food/beverages according to brand standards and hygiene protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly with professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams during peak hours
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification minimum
- 1+ years in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
- Excellent personal grooming and presentation standards
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
