You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving our signature traditional coffee and fusion dishes, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to all guests entering the outlet.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Ensure the dining area remains clean, organized, and inviting throughout the shift.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with a positive attitude.
- Assist in inventory replenishment and basic stock management.
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming and food safety hygiene.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least an SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail is an added advantage but not mandatory (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English; proficiency in local dialects is a plus.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive, team-player mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
- Energetic personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to stand for long hours and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
