As a Service Crew member, you will be the face of our restaurant during the late-night hours, ensuring that every customer receives the same high-quality service and fresh food that McDonald's is famous for. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries efficiently during night shifts.
- Prepare and assemble food items according to McDonald's strict quality and safety standards.
- Maintain high levels of restaurant cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety protocols.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for accurate order taking and cash handling.
- Manage stock replenishment for food supplies and packaging during quieter periods.
- Collaborate with the overnight team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum commitment of 3 days per week required.
- Ability to commit to the role until 19 July 2026.
- Strong customer-centric attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work overnight shifts (11:00 PM onwards) consistently.
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability in meeting shift schedules.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess a positive work attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
