- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately using the POS system.
- Prepare food and beverages according to strict safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work station at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure correct change is given.
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and packaging processes efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer inquiries promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations during the overnight shift.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 16 years of age.
- Must be available for overnight shifts.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Prior experience in the F&B industry is an advantage but not required.
- Willingness to undergo training.
