As a Service Crew member on the overnight shift, you will be the face of our restaurant during the late hours. - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and handling all inquiries with a friendly and cheerful demeanor.
- Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to McDonald's strict quality and safety standards.
- Operate the cash register and handle cashless payment terminals efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked dining area, kitchen, and service counter throughout the overnight shift.
- Execute opening or closing duties specific to the night shift, including restocking, equipment shutdown, and deep cleaning.
- Work effectively as a part of a small, high-energy team to meet the demands of the late-night customer base.
- Adhere strictly to all hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety protocols.
- Support the team in achieving speed of service targets and maintaining a smooth workflow during peak overnight periods.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 16 years of age (or as per local legal requirements).
- Available to commit to overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Customer-centric, friendly, and cheerful with a positive working attitude.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment (able to stand for long periods).
- A strong team player who is reliable and punctual.
- Previous experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality is a bonus but not required as full training will be provided.
- Willingness to learn new skills, take initiative, and work independently.
- Available for a minimum commitment period (e.g., 2 weeks to 1 month).
