Join the world's largest restaurant chain! McDonald's Clementi Ave 3 is seeking energetic and dedicated Service Crew members for our Overnight Shift. This is a Permanent Part-Time position offering a perfect balance of flexibility and stability.
As a member of our overnight crew, you will be the face of our brand. You will handle taking orders, processing payments, preparing delicious food, and maintaining the impeccable cleanliness of our restaurant. We provide full training, so whether you are a student, a school leaver, or a working adult looking for extra income, we welcome you!

Note: This position requires a minimum commitment of 3 days per week and availability until 19 July 2026.
Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders accurately and processing payments efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Prepare, assemble, and present food and beverage items according to McDonald's strict quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the dining area, kitchen, and service counter throughout the shift.
- Restock supplies and ingredients to ensure a seamless workflow during peak hours and minimize downtime.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures (SG Clean standards).
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet service speed targets and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Assist in opening or closing duties as assigned by the Shift Manager, including cleaning equipment and conducting stock checks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum primary or secondary school education (N/O Levels).
- Prior experience in F&B, retail, or customer service is an advantage but not required (full training provided!).
- Available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays (minimum 3 days per week).
- Customer-centric mindset with a positive, energetic, and proactive attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to commit to the stated duration until 19 July 2026.
