As an overnight Service Crew member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our restaurant operates smoothly during the late-night hours. Whether you are prepping orders, maintaining a spotless environment, or providing warm service to our late-night customers, your contribution ensures the McDonald's standard remains high. We are looking for energetic, reliable individuals with a positive attitude who can commit to at least 3 shifts per week. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve food products according to McDonald’s gold standard procedures.
- Operate kitchen equipment efficiently and maintain safety standards during late-night operations.
- Provide friendly and fast service to customers visiting the restaurant overnight.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and dining area to ensure high hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory replenishment and stock rotation during shift transitions.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and provide excellent service at the counter or drive-thru.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum commitment of 3 shifts per week is required.
- Ability to work the overnight shift (11pm start).
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a friendly and approachable personality.
- A positive work attitude and the ability to work well within a diverse team.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently during late-night hours.
- Willingness to learn and follow structured operational procedures.
- Previous experience in F&B or retail is a plus but not required as full training is provided.
