Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers during the overnight shift (starting 11 PM).
- Accurately take food orders and handle cash/card transactions through the POS system.
- Prepare and assemble menu items according to McDonald's strict quality and hygiene standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and workstations throughout the shift.
- Manage inventory restock and ensure all supplies are ready for the morning peak hour.
- Ensure food safety protocols and temperature checks are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operational flow in a fast-paced environment.
Kualifikasi
- Must be able to commit to the overnight shift starting from 11:00 PM.
- Ability to work a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Commitment to stay with the team until at least July 2026.
- Positive work attitude and professional behavior at all times.
- Strong customer-service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks in a kitchen environment.
- Basic communication skills in English to interact with customers and staff.
