Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through friendly, efficient interactions during overnight hours
- Prepare and serve McDonald's menu items according to brand standards
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all customer areas and kitchen facilities
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations during peak overnight periods
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Kualifikasi
- Minimum age of 16 years (or as per Singaporean labor regulations)
- Availability to work overnight shifts starting at 11:00 PM
- Commitment to work at least 3 days per week until July 19, 2026
- Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic food handling knowledge or willingness to learn McDonald's procedures
- Good communication skills in English
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
