Are you a night owl looking for a flexible opportunity with a world-renowned brand? McDonald's is currently seeking dedicated Service Crew members to join our team at the Jurong Green Community Club outlet for the overnight shift.

This is an excellent role for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and prefer working during quiet, night-time hours. We are looking for team players who are committed to maintaining the high standards of service and cleanliness that McDonald's is known for. If you possess a positive attitude, have a passion for customer service, and can commit to at least 3 days per week, we want to hear from you!

As part of our overnight crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly through the night, preparing food orders, and providing a welcoming environment for our customers. We offer a supportive team culture, comprehensive training, and the flexibility needed to balance your personal commitments.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers during the overnight shift.
  • Prepare and assemble food items according to McDonald's gold-standard procedures.
  • Maintain high levels of outlet cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and handle cash transactions.
  • Restock supplies and ensure workstation readiness for the next shift.
  • Adhere strictly to safety, security, and food quality protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operational flow throughout the night.

Kualifikasi

  • Must be available for the overnight shift (11:00 PM onwards).
  • Commitment of at least 3 shifts per week is mandatory.
  • Ability to commit to the role for a minimum of 2 weeks until 19 July 2026.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A positive, 'can-do' attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
  • Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus but not required.
