Join the Night Team at McDonald's Pioneer Mall!
Are you a night owl who thrives in a fast-paced environment? McDonald's is looking for dedicated and energetic individuals to join our team as Service Crew (Overnight Shift) at our Pioneer Mall location. This is a Permanent Part-Time position starting at 11:00 PM, ideal for those who prefer working during the late-night hours and want a stable, long-term role.
As part of our overnight crew, you will be the face of McDonald's for our late-night customers, ensuring they receive the high-quality service and delicious food they expect at any hour. We are looking for candidates with a stellar work attitude, a customer-centric approach, and the reliability to handle the unique rhythm of the graveyard shift. Whether you are a student looking for a side hustle or someone seeking a consistent part-time schedule, we offer a supportive environment and comprehensive training.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the front counter and drive-thru.
- Prepare and assemble food orders accurately according to McDonald’s gold standards.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions and handle cash/digital payments securely.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms during the overnight shift.
- Restock supplies and prepare ingredients for the upcoming morning peak period.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene protocols are strictly followed at all times.
- Collaborate with the overnight team to ensure smooth store operations during low-traffic periods.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum commitment of at least 3 working days per week.
- Ability to commit to the role until 19 July 2026 or longer.
- Must be comfortable working the overnight shift starting from 11:00 PM.
- Excellent work attitude and proactive behavior.
- Customer-centric mindset with a friendly and helpful disposition.
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
