Are you a night owl looking for a flexible part-time opportunity? McDonald's is currently seeking dedicated and energetic individuals to join our team at the Ridout Queensway outlet for the Overnight Shift. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, world-class service environment while enjoying the unique energy of late-night operations.
We are looking for team players who are committed to maintaining the high standards of service and cleanliness that McDonald's is known for. If you are friendly, reliable, and able to commit for a period of 2 weeks to 1 month, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist patrons with orders at the front counter or via kiosks.
- Prepare high-quality food products in accordance with brand standards and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment throughout the overnight shift.
- Handle cash and digital payment transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Ensure smooth store operations by assisting with restocking and inventory replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily shift targets and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Must be able to commit to a minimum of 2 weeks (up to 1 month).
- Possess a positive, 'can-do' work attitude and friendly demeanor.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering cheerful service.
- Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to flexible scheduling.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
