Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, ensuring order accuracy and satisfaction.
- Operate kitchen equipment and prepare food items according to McDonald's standard operating procedures.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining, and restroom areas.
- Manage cash transactions accurately and handle POS systems during the overnight shift.
- Stock and replenish inventory items to ensure readiness for peak and off-peak service periods.
- Collaborate with the team to handle fast-paced service requirements effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols, especially during late-night hours.
Kualifikasi
- Must be able to commit to at least 3 days per week.
- Must be available for the overnight shift (11:00 PM start time).
- Ability to commit to the required period until 19 July 2026.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a positive, proactive work attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a diverse team.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly disciplined regarding work schedules.
