Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to strict brand standards and recipes.
- Greet customers with a warm, friendly smile and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for cash and credit transactions.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during the shift.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 weeks commitment required; ability to work up to 1 month.
- Available to work on the overnight shift.
- Positive work attitude, cheerful, and customer-centric mindset.
- Basic English proficiency for communication.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in food service is a plus but not required.
