- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently at the counter.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following strict health and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen stations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions.
- Assist in kitchen operations and food preparation during the shift.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Kualifikasi
