As a leading Japanese dining establishment, we pride ourselves on delivering authentic flavors and a memorable dining experience. We are looking for team members who embody professionalism and enthusiasm. Appearance is key—we require our staff to be dressed in collared white shirts/polo t-shirts with long black pants and covered black shoes, maintaining a neat and polished appearance at all times.
In this role, you will be the face of Sushi Tei, greeting guests, guiding them to their tables, and ensuring their dining experience is seamless from start to finish. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Seat guests efficiently and manage reservations or waiting lists as required.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen promptly.
- Serve food and drinks to tables, ensuring presentation is appealing and temperature is correct.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Process payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Upsell menu items and answer guest inquiries regarding menu items or ingredients.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B service is preferred, but training will be provided for enthusiastic candidates.
- Must be presentable, punctual, and reliable.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and billing.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
