- Prepare and serve authentic Japanese cuisine with attention to presentation and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the dining area and service stations
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as required
