Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a pleasant first impression.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations.
- Assist in preparing simple food items and beverages according to standard recipes.
- Deliver orders to tables promptly while maintaining high standards of service.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Possess a proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Basic command of English and/or Malay.
- Strong team player with a dedication to providing excellent customer service.
