- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process orders and payments.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the drive-thru efficiently.
- Follow all HACCP safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 16 years old (standard requirement for crew roles).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for handling orders and cash.
