As a Service Crew member, you'll work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in your role, and we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your other commitments.

- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders
- Prepare and cook food items according to McDonald's standards and procedures
- Operate cash registers efficiently and handle various payment methods
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the restaurant
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 days per week availability with commitment until July 19, 2026
- Strong customer service orientation and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- No prior experience required as training will be provided
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
