Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate orders and provide menu recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Ensure efficient service of food and beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Handle POS systems and process payments accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Proactively address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns.
Kualifikasi
- Must be able to adhere to the uniform policy: Plain white polo tee, long black pants, and fully covered black shoes.
- Well-groomed appearance with hair tied up or neatly secured.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in F&B or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
- Able to stand for extended periods during shift hours.
