As a Service Crew member, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest enjoys an authentic and memorable dining experience. We provide a supportive work environment where you can develop your communication and interpersonal skills while working in one of Singapore's most popular shopping malls.
Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and assist with menu recommendations.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of food orders to the tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout the shift.
- Provide attentive table service, including refilling drinks and clearing empty plates.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues with a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Possess a friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Must be able to commit to part-time working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Adhere to uniform standards: White plain polo tee or collared shirt, long black pants, and fully covered black shoes.
- Neat and professional appearance; long hair must be tied up at all times.
- Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with guests.
- Ability to stand for long periods and navigate a busy restaurant environment.
