As a Service Crew member, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every guest experiences the high standards of hospitality that Tiong Bahru Bakery is famous for. - Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to all guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the service area and dining space.
- Assist with taking orders and managing point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately.
- Ensure that food displays are well-stocked and aesthetically arranged according to brand standards.
- Handle food and beverage items with care and following strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Engage with customers to provide product recommendations and share information about our artisanal menu.
- Support the kitchen and front-of-house team during peak operational hours to ensure smooth workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Highly punctual with a strong sense of responsibility toward shift schedules.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to adhere to grooming standards: Black T-Shirt (no design), dark long pants/jeans, and covered shoes.
- Must provide a physical NRIC for verification upon arrival.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is highly preferred.
